Get My Statement
Here’s what you need to know about your biannual payments, due each year on the weekday closest to August 15 (for fall semester) and January 10 (spring):
1. View Your Statement
- Log in to . Go to "Student Tools" > "Student Account" > "View Statement" to download your PDF statement for the upcoming semester.
Please note: Loans that are offered (even if they're not yet accepted!), will show as pending credits on this statement, in the "Anticipated" column of the "Financial Aid" section.
2. Tuition & Fees
- Per-semester tuition for 2025-2026 is $33,025. Room and meal plan charges will be included if you are living on campus. Find more details on charges in the .
- If you take a course with fees, you will be notified of the additional amount due on your student account via email in early October.
3. Room and Meal Plans

4. Financial Aid
- Accept or reject financial aid at by Aug. 1.
- Notify the Financial Aid Office of any outside scholarships at FinAid@whitman.edu.

5. Payment Options
- Option 1: Make one payment: Full amount due by Aug. 15.
- Option 2: Deferred Payment Plan: Spread payments over four months each semester. See how to defer your payments. Requests for deferred payments must be complete by July 15.
6. Payment Methods
- U.S. Bank Payments: Pay online at via eCheck ($3 fee) or Debit/Credit card (2.5% fee).
