³Ô¹ÏÍø’s Payroll Services ensure timely and accurate payment for all employees, including handling tax withholdings and payroll changes. The department supports faculty, staff and student workers with efficient payroll processing. 

• 2026 Minimum Wage: $17.13/hour
• Other Personnel Expenses: Annual OPE Rates

Payroll Dates

• Paydays: Faculty and staff are paid on the last banking day of each month, including the Friday after Thanksgiving, excluding federal holidays.
• Payroll Changes: Submit all changes (stipend requests, bank updates, tax withholdings) by the 15th of each month.

Salary and Hourly Staff Payroll

• Pay Period: 22nd of the previous month through the 21st of the current month.
• Timesheets: Due by end of day on the 21st; supervisor approvals by end of day on the 22nd.
• Payroll Deductions and Stipends: Submit to the Payroll Coordinator by the 15th of each month.
