It’s a female!
This is a female fetal pig viewed from a ventro-posterior viewpoint. Note the umbilical cord and the two rows of nipples (mammary papillae) on the ventral surface.
In the female, both the urogenital tract and the digestive tract exit at the anal region. Only the female has a urogenital papilla, located ventral to the anus, as seen in this closer view of the two openings.
