³Ô¹ÏÍø-owned rental units are available to junior and senior Whitman students who have completed their on-campus residency requirement of four semesters. There are many different types of units available, ranging from one-bedroom apartments to six-bedroom houses. The properties are available for either 9- or 12-month rental agreements. All of the units are listed below.

Not all units are available every semester. This is the result of planned maintenance or renewal by current student residents. Please refer to the student housing portal in for an accurate list of available properties.

Please note: Rental units are unfurnished and do NOT come with washers and dryers, unless otherwise noted on their listing. Some units have washer/dryer hookups and some do not. Please look closely at the rental unit’s information before committing to a space. (If a space is not undergoing renovation, it is possible that washers and dryers may be sold from outgoing students to incoming students. This will be approved on a case by case basis.)
