Resources and Support

Թ provides students with confidential support, counseling, medical referrals, assistance with safe housing, and information concerning their rights. The college will assist students who wish to report an incident of sexual misconduct to the Walla Walla Police Department.

Commitment to Protecting Privacy

The college is committed to protecting the privacy of all students involved in allegations of sexual misconduct. College staff and faculty, other than the Counseling and Health Center staff, have an obligation to report incidents of sexual misconduct to the Dean of Students so that the college can fulfill its duty to investigate the incident and prevent it from recurring. The name of an individual bringing charges of sexual misconduct will not be disclosed to anyone who is not directly involved in the incident or investigation, or who does not have a legitimate need to know.
