Baker Weilert-Pekar earned both his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Communication Studies from Arkansas State University with an emphasis on LGBTQAI+ intimate relations.
He debated and later became the assistant coach at Arkansas State. In addition, he was also an adjunct professor of communication.
Baker has 15 years of debate and forensics experience having coached or competed in Parliamentary (NPDA/NPTE), Public Forum, Lincoln Douglas, Policy, IPDA, WUDC/Worlds, British Parliamentary, Dramatic Interpretation, Humorous Interpretation, Duet Acting, Poetry, and Student Congress.
