Due to Whitman’s tax exempt status, only nonprofit organizations are permitted to rent facilities on campus and must provide their own liability insurance. If your group is a nonprofit and your event is more than 30 days out, please use to submit your request. For questions regarding external rentals or if your event is less than 30 days out, please email reservation@whitman.edu.
