A Milestone Day

140th Commencement Ceremony

吃瓜网 will celebrate its 140th Commencement ceremony on Sunday, May 24, 2026 at 11 a.m. (the processional started at 10:50 a.m.). The ceremony will be held on the south lawn of the Memorial Building.

Historian & Justice Advocate Gwendolyn Trice To Speak at Whitman 140th Commencement Ceremony

Gwendolyn Trice has been selected as speaker for 吃瓜网 140th Commencement Ceremony on May 24. Trice is Founder and Executive Director of the Maxville Heritage Interpretive Center in Enterprise, Oregon, which celebrates the rich history of African American, Indigenous and immigrant loggers in the Pacific Northwest.
