<p>I chose Whitman because I felt cared for the moment I stepped on campus during my college visit. The students, staff and faculty are all incredibly friendly, and there are a vast number of resources on campus, like the <a href="/academics/academic-resource-center" title="Academic Resource Center">Academic Resource Center</a>, the <a href="/academics/the-center-for-writing-and-speaking" title="The Center for Writing and Speaking (COWS)">Center for Writing and Speaking</a>, the <a href="/academics/disability-access-services" title="Disability Access Services">Disability Access Services</a> and <a href="/welty-health-and-counseling-center" title="Welty Health and Counseling Center">Welty Health and Counseling Center</a>, etc., that make student life easier.</p>
